Proven in building partner ecosystems, delivering measurable outcomes in complex enterprise environments, and scaling start-ups through multiple growth stages.
Marlou Olij-Schröder
Chief of Staff
Leads program governance and cross-functional execution across delivery and partners. Brings experience from Microsoft and the Expertisecentrum Forensische Psychiatrie, combining enterprise discipline with calm coordination in complex, high-stakes environments.
Renée Reijers
Chief Marketing Officer
Senior communications and marketing leader with deep expertise in brand strategy, reputation management, and change communications. Former Account Director at Edelman and owner of Renée Reijers Reputatie Communicatie, delivering interim leadership for communication teams and change initiatives, including spokesperson roles in crisis environments. At Impacture, she leads positioning and messaging and supports customers with change-management projects that increase adoption and measurable impact.
Bryan Bredehoeft
Architect and Customer Success / DACH Region
Leads Impacture's solution architecture and customer success and supports international deployments. Brings nearly three decades at Microsoft leading Fortune 500 cloud and productivity transformations. Prosci-certified change practitioner with hands-on experience in applied AI solutions, including manufacturing anomaly detection with computer vision and retrieval-augmented generation systems for contract understanding and search.
Michiel Rozema
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (Quanto)
Internationally recognized Power BI and data-modeling expert with a background in Mathematics and Operations Research. Microsoft Most Valuable Professional in Data Platform / Power BI since 2019. Former Data Insight Lead at Microsoft Netherlands, where he helped launch Power Pivot and Power BI in the Netherlands. Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quanto, author of Handboek Power Pivot, and founder of the Dutch Power BI user group, bringing proven standards for robust modeling, scalable analytics architecture, and decision-ready insight.
Patrick Schokker
Chief AI and Digital Demand Generation
Leads Impacture's artificial intelligence roadmap and digital demand engine. As Managing Director at schurq., he built measurable online growth strategies that connect marketing and sales into one conversion-focused pipeline, supporting both direct and partner-led acquisition.
